Our Home Energy Savings Workshops are FREE to attend!

All attendees will also receive a $300 gift certificate to put towards a Home Energy Assessment of their home (assessments typically cost between $300 and $600). Register for a workshop!

Completing a Home Energy Assessment could also make you eligible for:

     *30% Federal Tax Credit for Solar

     *Up to $5,000 in SMUD Rebates

     *Up to $5,500 in PG&E Rebates

Local Citrus Heights resident Jack Frost will explain in detail how a CHERP Home Energy Retrofit reduced his monthly utility costs by over 87%, and how he received over $8,600 in combined rebates from SMUD & PG&E and $6,000 from a 30% Federal Tax Credit for Solar and also increased his home value without a "reassessment" or increase in their property taxes!

Non-Profit CHERP representatives will be on hand to show you how to go solar, keep all the tax credits for yourself, and increase your home's value!
