10:00 am to 6:00 pm
491 people were in line at the 10:00 am opening of the Rocklin Service Center doors, but by closing time of 6:00 pm, over 700 people had come through those doors and reserved one or two Tesla Model 3s. The excitement was palpable, but few realized that the Model 3 reservation events would see more pre-orders in one week than for any other item in history.
